John did an amazing job washing my concrete. I had a roommate that would spit on my brand new concrete and unfortunately, the stain was really bad. While the stain could not be removed entirely, he was able to significantly lighten it! Unfortunately, new concrete has to be treated differently than old concrete or you can scratch the surface, which is why I wanted a professional to come out. John was super friendly, communicated very well, and went over the stain three times to lighten it as best as he could. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. - 1/18/2025
